We have stayed here several times before, but this trip was horrible. Staff flat out lied to us, was unhelpful and put us in the middle of a construction zone.
Checked in on Saturday and was put in room xx9. This side of the building building is under renovation. they put us on the far end, meaning we had to walk past all of it just to get to our room. Had workers walking above us and saws going until 8pm. Staff claimed there were 6 rooms available on this side of the building, so i went and counted. 9 of 10 rooms are under construction.....hence a flat out lie.
On Tuesday, we removed the “do not disturb” sign, stopped by the front office and specifically requested room service, they claimed “do not disturb” sign was out, but with construction debris, the cart couldn’t have made it anyway.
Tried to get fresh bed linens, but was told housekeeping was locked and gone for the day. Also, we cant give out additional pillows, because each room has a set amount (??!!)
Poor hospitality, poor service and we will look elsewhere for our next stay.

The 2-room suite was very well done with a split floorplan and a nice size kitchen. But it wasn't without its flaws. The ice maker in the fridge was missing and since there are no ice machines on property, I was hiking over to the lobby. The full size dish washer was nice to have, but it didn't work. These were minor annoyances the maintenance staff can handle but the one real drawback was the thin walls. Our first morning we were woken by a gaggle of maids having an impromptu gossip session. It was so loud we could have easily joined in if it weren't for the language barrier. The last morning our neighbor awoke us with an argument he was conducting over the phone.
What made the place great was the nice layout, friendly staff, spacious rooms, great breakfast, reliable wifi and location.

Our family was in town for our ten year reunion. So we had seven rooms from our side of the fam. The outside was outstanding. The front desk workers were too. But the rooms need a bunch of work. Worse, they were updating them while we were there... At 7:00 a.m.

We booked the 2 room suite and were very happy with the room until the first morning when a toilet became stopped up. Placed a call and was told as soon as the maint man came in, the problem would be solved. Came back to the room about 4 or 5 hours later only to find problem still was unresolved and the entire suite smelled like sewage. Placed another call and 20 minutes later the problem was resolved. Had to buy some fa-breeze to tone the odor down. On our final night, we arrived back at the room only to find someone had gone into our room and placed the do not disturb placard on the door. Since we ran into other people claiming the same problem in the office asking for towels, we know that someone there did this over a maid quitting her job or other type of emergency. It would have been a much more polite thing to do if notes would have been left in room explaining lack of clean towels and maid service. Then we go out to get in our car and find someone had smashed into the back of our car and done several thousand dollars damage to it. Over the weekend, the lack of parking was atrocious. It's shame as the staff was friendly, the breakfasts were great, and the rooms very nicely appointed.

Chase got the rooms right! We like dark rooms. They have room darkening drapes in both the sitting area and the bedroom. Only a slit of light at the opening. Pillows were either new or they got them right too. I like them plump. These were, despite being the square type. We were back in a corner where it was quiet. Little to no street noise nor from second floor. Two negatives, AC noisy above bathroom sink which was in the sleeping area. Also, parking was limited with narrow spaces and can't get close to most rooms. Definitely would stay again and recommend to others.
