We arrived with my 16 week old son and the lady on the desk couldn't have been more helpful. The room was like living in an apartment. Everything you needed was supplied and plenty of clean towels. The kitchen was fantastic with all the utensils you could need. It was almost like being at home. The staff were very friendly and the place was spotless. Great location to get to San Jose and San Francisco.

The Chase Suites has just completed a refresh of their 1 bedroom suites an they did a fine job of making them look modern but still feel cozy. The kitchen was completely upgraded with all new appliances and the shower was huge and nicely appointed.

I spend a lot of nights away from home just to avoid being in traffic when I have meetings in the South Bay. And I’m always excited when I get to stay at this property. It’s so spacious! You get a full kitchen with everything you need to cook yourself a home cooked meal. But the location is also close to everything you could possibly want. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a mall right across the street. The staff is always gracious, especially Ron, who went out of his way to make my most recent stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Better than any hotel in the area. Great value!

I stayed in the hotel for two weeks. The room was 1 bed suite. Very spacious and clean. Wifi was very good. The cooked breakfast might be an issue for vegetarians - since there is only cooked potato available. Vegetarian and vegan option can be improved for breakfast. The place has a laundry machine which is very helpful. Newpark mall is right behind you can walk to it. Lots of restaurants options around. Lots of good indian options - I was pleased with that. I had a nice stay; will stay again.

Brought my daughters for a ladies get away , clean big rooms , nice pool , good breakfast . I’ll be back for sure . Mall across the street plenty of shops, good places to eat and easy safe parking . My girls loved the pool area .
