Room for improvement

For a 4 star hotel one expect that things would be working perfectly, but there were some issues with one elevator. Also, we asked for a triple room with plenty of anticipation and we had to wait for the third bed. Aside from that, all good!
Excellent!

I stayed at Chateau Frontenac with my three-year-old son and from the size of our room, to the friendliness of the staff and to the cleanliness of the place, everything was great! The hotel is just a couple of blocs away from the Champs-Elysée and lots of good restaurants which is a huge plus for when travelling with a small child. I would totally recommend this hotel.
From check in to departure: a perfect hotel experience

It's easy to feel anonymous in a city as glamorous and fabled as Paris. The fact is, most of us pale beside her brilliance All that makes a hotel where the staff actually "see" and value you all the more important (and surprising). The staff at the Chateau Frontenac are as welcoming as they are efficient. My room was very well appointed, super clean and had a number of small luxuries I really appreciated - not the least was a great soaking tub. I slept really well and breakfast was lavish. I heartily recommend !

If you want to be in the very chic area and also very close to Champs Elysee and if you want to choose an elegant but friendly+renovated hotel you may chose to stay in Frontenac.
Jean Paul in concierge ia going to make your dining reservations and will help you for all your visit.
As I ınformed front desk for my arrival time I early checked in my room .. that’s why I say ‘Encore Frontenac’
