Stayed at Chateau Victoria for a work conference and was very impressed with the service and room. Location was great for walking, great restaurant with amazing views and my room was very clean and modern with a cozy bed. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the downtown Victoria Inner Harbour area. The location was perfect walking distance to the harbor, the running path which I enjoyed the morning views, and many many restaurants, pubs, and shopping. I wasn’t expecting a suite I guess I forgot I booked it and was extremely pleased with the layout of the room along with a private bedroom.
We were there for a dance competition which usually puts a strain on the hotel and staff. This did not slow them down at all.
Probably the BEST SERVICE I have ever had in a hotel right from the front desk staff, the sweet housekeeper, and the friendly personable gentlemen who drive the shuttles were never seemed put out to take us to a nearby location in the rain.
5 GOLD stars for Chateau Victoria. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Everything was close the staff were amazing and so helpful i will stay again for sure Pool area was warm and inviting i enjoyed my three day stay and would come again i cannot say enough how friendly the staff were at this hotel in helping myself or our group with shuttle rides directions or just a smile thank you

The hotel is a little on the old side. It is basic and mostly clean. The in room bowls ans cups were not clean, but I guess nowadays you;re not supposed to use those things anyway. This hotel is in a great location, and if the price is right I would recommend it. It is in the Holiday Inn Express category, but with a little updating it could be improved. If you get a good price, aren't spending much time in your room, and want a great location I would say go for it.

Stayed for 2 nights on business. Location fantastic - in the centre of town close to shopping and restaurants. Room and hotel was clean. Bed very comfortable. Shower was great. Staff helpful and friendly. Would stay there again. The view from the restaurant on 18th floor is fantastic and they make great coffee.
