lovely sorroundings, amazing resort, delicious food they serve and a what not.. Very courteous staff they have.. Worth a visit..
Cliff cottage was a great experience altogether. Little scary at night but worth trying

We happen to stay at this lonely wonderful resort placed at extreme end of the district in the midst of Tea estate for two nights. We stayed at Cliff cottage. We were the only guests for the first night and since the resort is very far from the city we were certainly thrilled. The rooms were good. View from the room towards the scenic beauty is great! Food was decent. Though breakfast is complementary only two dishes was given and that too of their choice. Cab rentals are too high to visit the nearby places. Having said that this place is serene!

This is great place for relaxed stay. We 3 stayed in Luxury Room which had a large room with large balcony. View from the Balcony was awesome. Breakfast part of the room package. There were a few indoor games available including PS. There was small Swimming Pool which we did not use. There was Fishing pond where we fished twice. There as a small poultry farm.Roads were bad considering rain to reach this place. But once there, we enjoyed our stay.

Estate is located at superb location with amazing views we opted for luxury room. Rooms are clean and spacious and staff was ok but still we expected more promptness from the staff with regards to service, it was little slow. For breakfast limited options are there.
Over-all our experience was good but it could have been better than this.

After seeing the review we shortlisted only few resorts in Waynad and in that list we picked up Chateau Woods since there was no negative review. But with lot of confusion we started our journey. Road to reach Resort was not that great..Again small confusion went on growing..At last we reached!!! When we reached the resort gate..We realized our trip is going to be fantaboulous...Our assumption at the gate was fulfilled by very cooperative staff.. we stayed at cliff cottage it was amazing and very scenic ....Overall it's worth..Last but not the least, Food..You have very limited choice but what you order will be served hot and delicious...
