For $119 + tax you can't do better. The front desk was very pleasant. The building clean. The beds are comfortable. The shower water is hot. There is a coffee maker, microwave and dorm-size fridge. Good location.

Roaches,old beat up furniture and freezer in worse conditions than what you find on peoples curb that they're throwing out.Blood on the walls,shower had no hot water and the faucets were impossible to work,couldn't get them to close.The water in the tub would not drain so from the time we spent trying to get hot water and realized we couldn't the tub almost overflowed meaning we took 90 second showers in cold water to prevent the water from overflowing.Rust everywhere in the tub,disgusting roof and walls and on top of all that it looked like they spent 30 seconds to clean the room,there was an old soap in the sink with crud under it.The place needs tone gutted,I feel bad for anyone staying there!I have stayed in 3-4 hotels that were I categorized as worst hotel ever,this one just took over as the worst.

I understand that hotels may be scarce following hurricane Irma, so this may not be the typical Delta airlines hotel. With that said, the place is a dump. The property is filthy. Smoke detector missing from the room, warm water barely a trickle, and a old box air conditioner. The strangest soap was provided, it did not form a lather. I ended up using shampoo to wash myself....I'm not picky but this place was gross.
I'm not going to go on about this as you get the picture.

So this hotel was choosen by my company and they told me they use it always for people staying in Miami. I hope after what I saw and what I told them they will no longer use this hotel. My room was at the second building across the street. The entrance door s, opened with the card did not work. I have to wait for somebody to exit the building so I could walk inside. In my room there were dead cockroaches, on the carpet, in the bathroom and in the bathtube. I called the front desk so they send a guy to clean this up. He simply swept my room and used the same broom he used for the floor for my bathtube. Then I decided that I want another room. They took my to another room and there was still water in the bathtube. Mayby after previous guests.
What is more, I was not apologized, the front desk staff seemed not suprised so I assume they were fully aware of how dirty rooms are. They explained that rooms they showed me were inhabited for a long time and thats the reason. WOW, what an explenation.
That was it, I took a taxi and went to another hotel.
STAY AWAY.

This hotel was reserved for me, so if I had the option of choosing, I would have gotten far away after reading most reviews.
The hotel itself is pretty run down and in a severe need of renovation. It was very probably seriously renovated in the 90's. The rooms smell like musk and lemon (probably to hide the smell), the furniture is outdated, the sliding door in my room barely opens, the bathroom has mold, the carpet is pretty nasty and just removing it and leaving the expose concrete would be better, the plugs are so old and have been so used that you can't stick any plug, the hallways have no AC, there is old furniture in the hallways and both the towels and the sheets feel overused.
On the plus side, the staff has been friendly and the TV I got was a fairly new one. The location is also pretty great and the internet works pretty good in my room.
