Great place to stay - close to everything including a great nightlife - Monica was an excellent hostess - very efficient and helpful - knows the area very well - great advice about local area including a lot of knowledge of local restaurants - had a great time with her friendly advice

First time that I'd stayed in a hostel with such a unfriendly staff. When we arrived they had no wifi, so I asked the guy at the reception for a map or attractions in the area, I got a I don't have one as an answer. No further info. I asked few more questions in the following days and didn't get any better. Well located and the room was ok. If you wanna get some breakfast go as early as you can, not top up at all.

Problems with the toilet, warm water or having water at all. Cleaning service bothering all the time while sleeping. The hygiene or lack of it was really notorious. Food was stolen from the fridge. And our reservation may or may not be there when we arrived.
Also breakfast was terrible.

i got the shared room with Bathroom ,bed was clean and nice but wifi can not be connected in the room ,you have to use out side the room or you can use the computer which is quite fast.the location is great !!!!! recommend!

You get what you pay for...we stayed here for $7/night, which is a great rate, but the rooms were smelly and the common rooms were dark. However, the staff was super helpful and courteous and when we (3 girls) asked to change rooms because of the overwhelming smell from the boys in our room, the receptionist was courteous, helpful, and agreed to our request. Good for budget travelers, and a good location, but if you can afford a bit more, perhaps stay somewhere else in Miraflores.
