Hotel Chennai Le Palace is one of the best Hotels in Porur area South East Madras. They have a good bar, Pool & alo good theme restaurant in the hotel.The hotel is located in Porur junction on Arcot road.The service is good & friendly staff,

Stay at hotel was very comfortable and the best part I liked was friendly and helpful staff. Service was excellent. It has almost all basic facilities including swimming pool, gym, play zone etc. they have Avatar theme restaurant which is pretty good.
Overall stay was satisfactory!

Dark, AC way to cold, service weak and food disappointing.
Avatar is a nice theme , but I'm not sure it belongs in this kind of hotel.
Anyway, we were 11 at our table and we ate at different times.
Some of us got a complete dish.
Others got there main dish without the rice that was ordered with it.
The unlucky ones started to eat when most of us already finished eating.
I asked for lemon and the third time I got it...my dry fish was almost finished.
There was 1 other company in the restaurant !

The worst hotel ever..n the worst reception staff in the whole world... I had booked an executive double room online.. At discounted rates.. I was travelling with my husband and 4 year old child.. So that's 2 adult and 1 child... and that's the occupancy of an executive double room...And after checkout and settling the bill..n when we were waiting for a cab..they call us back and tell that the booked rate of the room was discounted rate.. and so you have to pay extra rs.1200 for the 2nd person..the reception staff was very impolite and arrogant..n their swiping machine was not working..we had a train to catch.. So just gave the extra cash n left from that horrible hotel...it was daylight robbery.. these kind of hotels should realize that there is something like consumer court also...
