I just want to say that my family and myself were very impressed with the amazing, warm and friendly service from part of everyone of the staff, in special, one big thank you to Rohit and Ali as they were all the time very helpful. Everything was perfect and for sure I recommend it to everyone

Loved my stay here with my family. The apartments are bigger than most in London. We stayed in a superior 2 bedroom apartment which was well furnished with 2 big bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped with a washer/dryer. Daily cleaning was a big plus. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They made the stay extra special. Will definitely stay here again next time.

I have stayed at The Cheval on numerous occasions since Nov 2016 till todate Nov 2017.
The staff are polite, helpful, friendly. Suites are immaculate. And always a goody box when you arrive and goodies in the fridge. You can have a cuppa tea and slice of toast as soon as you check in as it's all avl in your suite.
There is a gym, free wifi and walking distance to Knightsbridge, Kensington Palace and gardens, Chelsea, high street Kensington, south Ken. Tube station located 2 min walk, and restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Waitrose, boots and ladies even a spa to have your mani and pedi's

The stay was amazing!!
From the check in we felt welcomed, the staff was really kind and attentive.
The apartment was spotless and the housekeeping team extra mile.
The bed was so comfortable and the location is perfect, so close to the museums!
Thank you to all the team for a superb stay!

3rd Stay @ Cheval Gloucester Park and as expected the service exceeded the expectations. The personal touches by Concierge Team and Housekeeping Team makes them stand apart from the rest.
The only minor issue was the some of the movie channels were locked with a PIN for obvious reasons but we could not work out what the PIN should be. We were so tiered that we did not bother asking for it to be fixed.
