I am writing to express my appreciation for the quality of service cheval team offered me during the days of my stay at Cheval apartments, Knights Bridge ; I enjoyed the peace and quiet I needed, offered in all the facilities of the apartment , comfortable and a very kind and cooperated staff ,,We could see from day one that the hotel service has a great quality staff starting with Mr.Balint who has a good communication skills and provide us with his efforts he helped a lot in carrying our Harvey luggages untill last day by him self without asking him to do it , This definitely added to the excellent service of the him and all staff I met during my stay,,
I will definitely recommend cheval apartments to friends and family, and I’m sure I’ll be back on vacation. I hope to get the same quality of service when I return.

This place is a perfect place to stay in London. The team is very friendly and go out of their way to help. The rooms are very spacious, clean and fully furnished. The location is convenient to visit the most popular places in London. Those who love to shop cannot miss Harrods which is at a 5 minute distance. I will stay here again.

A gem, cannot fault

The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was immaculate, spacious, and extremely comfortable. It is self contained with appliances of the highest standard. The staff are very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Position is wonderful as well. We are fussy travelers and would not hesitate to recommend Cheval knightbridge.

Terrific location and apartment, a gem.

Stayed in Cheval for six days. Super apartment, really high quality. Staff were helpful and friendly and all in all we had an amazing time. Central London Location, with boris bikes at the end of the street coupled with a quality apartment made for a terrific week. Highly recommend.

Disappointed

This is a good apartment hotel which is located in a very nice location, however as everyone know locations means cost so the night at this place was too much almost 950£ a night for a two bedroom apartment

The only point i had when i was bout to check out they are very strict to leave at 12pm and not a single minutes allowed to stay which is very very disappointing unlike other places which was better in this way.

I would recommend to see other places that are not cheap like them.
