Our company has used this hotel for training meetings over the past 10 years . The new renovations are great . Two employees who always make my trip our Jill in sales and Margarita in the Concierge level . Jill is always very appreciative of our company business and will do whatever it takes to make me feel comfortable with my stay. Margarita welcomes me with a smile , remembers me by name and asks how everything going with our company .She is always very friendly and proud to be part of the Marriot brand . When you travel every week like I do, its nice to have someone make you feel so welcome .

The hotel is located right next to a two great shopping areas and good dining. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The front desk staff has always been friendly. The bar is nice place to unwind.

Stayed here for two nights as a friend had wedding reception at the hotel. Hotel Is fairly distant from downtown Chicago so you definitely need a car or taxi. Our room was pretty well appointed and decent size which you expect from usual Marriott standard. Overall enjoyed our stay and wedding reception at one of the banquet room.

I usually stay at this Marriott when I visit relatives on the South Side of Chicago. It is near major expressways (294,88,55).it is relatively easy drive to/from OHare, Woodfield Mall, Downtown and of course the South Side. It is a standard remodeled Marriott Hotel.

Concierge level had nothing ready after 5pm. So went to restaurant what a mistake ! No wonder it’s a ghost town. Great restaurants nearby so don’t eat there. Menu looks like a they are using up leftovers. Shocking disappointment for a Marriott brand
