Modern, clean, happy friendly staff, close to the old city gate and walls. We loved the location; a little tough to find if you’re driving, but being lost in the medieval lanes of old Valencia can be a fun adventure! There are plenty of great places to eat nearby and the neighbourhood is casual and user friendly. We’d stay again.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. It's a good location for the old centre but at least 30 mins walk to Russafa, Colon and City of Arts and Sciences. Room was large with basic facilities (fridge, tea, hairdryer, safe) and kept clean. Bathroom also large with nice shower but could've done with a fan. Room temp was hard to control it was either too hot or too cold with air con but there were blankets available. Receptionists were friendly and printed our football tickets for us plus provided an iron. Breakfast is available at a nearby restaurant but we didn't take this option as we never do, hotel breakfasts are always overpriced. The cafe on the corner does the local deal of toast/croissant and coffee for €2.

1) Good location near to old town
2) Staff extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable
3) Bedroom was spacious, very clean, modern and comfortable.
4) Overall, very good value.
NOTE:
Breakfast is an extra modest cost and served at a small café round the corner. The breakfast choice is very limited and the café is fairly basic. However the arrangement suited us fine, There are many cafes etc very close by if you would like more choice.
We stayed in room 403 which had views out of the back of the hotel over an eclectic selection of back yards. If you want magnificent views then this hotel is not for you.

Nice staff, very prepared and knowledgeable about the town. They were speaking 4 languages. They gave us touristic info and how to get in the places we wanted to go.
The room was big, triple super king bed, with AC and cleaned everyday.
The hotel is in very close to the old town , the tube and bus stops.
Good value for the money. The tube connects you directly to the airport.
Pleasant place to stay for a family holiday, quite and reserved.

I stayed for two nights at this hotel, along with my husband and 2 year old son. Initially we were impressed by how large the room and bathroom were, really spacy and clean. The staff was really helpful in detailing the city main attractions and guiding us on what extra can we do with a two year old. We really appreciated that.
The location is very close to the old city center, so that's a big win if you are choosing this hotel.
However, I was expecting that the name of this hotel would reflect a little more about the view from the room or surroundings. It has nothing to do with it: the view from the room was horrible - to some inner building roofs and junk. We couldn't even open the windows due to the smell coming in.
The paid breakfast is in a nearby restaurant and was really unsatisfactory, the guy there just asked us what we would like to eat, no menu, no nothing, and when we looked baffled, he said :"Scrambled eggs is OK?". The portion was really small. Moreover, he just ignored out little son, as he wouldn't require food to live... Annoying.
