Great deal, nicely refurbished decor, lovely helpful, generous staff, HUGE buffet breakfast with alternatives for every dietary requirement.
Only instant coffee in room & no mineral water but who cares when the parking is free! I'll be back.

We stayed at Clayton Hotel with my friend. The hotel is nice and modern, we had a comfortable and clean room - the only negative thing I can say is that there was no coffee/tea making facility in the room (something you would expect from a 4-star hotel). Other than this our stay was very good and I would recommend this hotel.

I have driven past this hotel countless times and it looks nothing special from the outside. How wrong that is! It is 2 mins from the A4 road going in/out of central London, 2 mins walk from Gunnersbury train station and ideal for Heathrow, Twickenham and as a base for London generally. It is the budget end of mid range price wise. Good offers on their web site. Chiswick is blessed with good restaurants as well.
Very useful underground car park (foc on some packages), really spacious room and a very nice bathroom (shower only). Staff very pleasant and efficient. Quite a busy hotel.
Excellent buffet breakfast we didn't eat apart from that but friends said their dinner was ok but not exceptional. Really good bar, great selection of draught beers and wines/spirits. Big screen TVs and really good atmosphere. Used by non residents. It is a modern design but with a mature character.

Stayed here for 1 night in November as a birthday weekend away in London. The location is fantastic as Gunnersbury station is less than 5 mins walk. The staff on reception were incredibly friendly and helpful which made us feel very welcomed and valued. The breakfast staff however need to work on their customer service. I was 'greeted' by a staff member who simply stared at me...until I asked what information she needed and was told she needed my room number....I could not possibly have known that without her telling me though. We were then not guided as to where we could/could not sit, where we got our food, whether we got our own tea/coffee or were served it (turns out we should be served it but noone came to take our order). There were also further problems encounter during breakfast which was a disappointment. I would have given this stay 5* but the breakfast experience really let it down.

Again we were upgraded to a better room, this place is a great place to stop if visiting West London, Kew gardens or as we did Twickenham for the Rugby.
We have now stayed here 3 times and not been in the slightest disappointed.
I cannot speak to highly of this hotel with car parking, good access from the M4 and north circular.
The restuarant is very acceptable although possibly being a tad expensive for the food, which though good is not Michelin standard.
The ratings underneath are not working but I would give top marks for service, cleanliness, value and room size.
