I. Had been there from 20th may to 23rd may.few thins that made me delighted was..the view from the balcony..amazing....the food..have a small kid..is always one need to careful on food.. The chef...made sure te food is hygienic... Less spicy.. But tasty..... Do from your complimentary.. Breakfast.with Egg,fresh juice, Masala omlate, Tea/coffee,iddly and dosage with sambar and cuttni... Finally last but nor the least... The staff... Is soo good and customer friendly...you can askand they will try their best to deliver... The resort is clean and rooms are good..would say..best place in Munnar with this budget

Went there with family The stayed for 2 nights it was comfortable.
Pro
1. Small but Clean Room with good view #202.
2. Could see only 3 staff but very Humble and courteous Staff especially Arun.
Cons
1. Serious lack of maintenance.
2. Highly priced menu.
3. Only 5 rooms

It was an excellent experience in the rooms there. Very neat, and clean. The bathrooms were clean too. Just has 5-6 rooms (one being very small). We were a group of 6 families and were accommodated well there
View from the balconies and hotel is exquisite.
The food served was of good quality, and done well, based on our choice of time, since we had kids who needed to wind up well before usual time. Places of interest are not far off, and accessible.
Only Con's would be the pathway to Hotel. Some 80-100mtrs of road is unpaved.

This hotel having only 5 rooms, but nice palace look with proper interior and Perfect outdoor views form balconies. We stayed 3 days with our friends. Rooms having small window so can't view outside properly. This place is not disturbed by any neighboring property and traffic. We can see tea plantation from balconies. The man at Desk Arun is very gentle and guide us properly about Munnar places, Direction. Pprovide us fresh breakfast.
Hotel having few lacks like missing bed side Plug points!!!, AC room option, Easy to operate bath fitting....
You may encounter lizards somewhere.
Overall we r satisfied and get comfortable stay at Chithirapuram palace.....
Different from other commercial Hotels...
Worth for what we paid...

this is more or less like a villa , we had stayed here with three other families , we had enjoyed our days as we were the only people at this home stay, this can be called a home stay cum hotel .,as the rooms and service is almost of hotel standards, they only have 6 rooms , very ideal for family and friends gathering for small groups,
the staff is very courtesy , food is also good , we just had breakfast , the dinner we had in the nearby hotel
