Breathtaking place with very beautiful rooms. Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff was very polite and nice.
The restaurant was beautiful but the food wasn't that good and portions were very small. The menu was short and nothing for vegeterian. We ordered a bottle of wine, but the waitress just left that on the table and didn't tasted it. Also everyone else got baguette, except us. But I would still recommend to visit here, just to see the beauty of this place.

Went here for a business dinner and can't recommend it highly enough. We ate in the garden looking onto the Chateau lit up at night, which was really beautiful. The food was superb, high-quality French cuisine. We asked them to recommend the wine and they brought a really lovely local white which we all enjoyed. One of the party had gluten- and dairy-allergies and they produced excellent food for them also.

This Chateau is fabulous and very French, with tons of fabulous history! Do not stay on the ground floor of a Chateau, even to save money. The least expensive rooms are always on the ground floor. This place has
Good value but is expensive for this region ,
which is usually rustic.
We stayed in Uze with French friends but I loved this place. The food is also very good here.

Here. She was Frank Listz's lover. She lived a very modern life for her a woman of her time.

I have eaten here several times in recent years and had some very enjoyable meals.Today I was part of a large group attending a charity lunch in aid of Cancer Support France. The same venue had been used last year and I was really looking forward to repeating the experience. Last year was wonderful with a delicious meal. What a change this year.
Absolutely no refills of the apero this year and a strict small portion of nibbles for each person. The food that was placed in front of us was such a scant portion that several of us thought it was the starter. A roll of poultry meat wrapped in skin, grey sludge that I never identified and something that would usually pass as a decoration for the plate but was in fact the vegetable part of the meal. Several of us saved our bread roll to go with the main course. We realised our big mistake when the rolls were whisked away with the plates. The dessert was pleasant. No coffee was offered but I believe it was available at an extra charge. I cannot remember when I last left a restaurant feeling hungry but, I was not alone in this. I was left with the impression that, having wooed the custom last year after the restaurant had been through a very bad patch, they felt that they did not require to bother much this time. Even the waiting staff did not look very smart. Black T shirts are fine in a brasserie but not in a Chateau restaurant. Have crossed it off my birthday and anniversary list and should probably feel grateful that I did not win the raffle prize for lunch there.

Really enjoyed this place. It was beautiful and well declarative. The grounds were beautiful. We sat out by the pool and just felt grand. Our room was big and it had a nice big tub as well as a shower. It was like staying in a castle. The hosts were great. Very friendly. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was great.
