We stayed in a studio, and paid a bit more for a view of the Seine. We didn't take breakfast.
Location was excellent in terms of the view, and ease of getting around. No more than 5 mins walk to the nearest Metro station, and maybe 15 mins walk over the Pont Neuf to the Louvre. Clean, well-presented and well-equipped room. Very comfortable bed, and adequate living space. With the windows closed, the room was very quiet, and there was little impact from other guests in terms of noise.
Security is discrete, with controlled access through the front doors and elevators; room safe was easy to use. Good selection of TV channels (including several in English).

This was our third stay at this location. Love, love, love it. Staff are kind and helpful. Rooms are clean. Would say, however, they do vary in size and layout. Have had some a bit better designed than others but really I am being picky. Great place

Overall: Excellent value for Paris, great location for tourists. Quiet and clean. Emphasis is on function and value. Not much charm or personality, but a quick walk to all the quintessential Paris neighborhoods. Perfect if you want a kitchenette.
Location: Easy walking distance to everything, across the street from the Seine. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
Sleep: Extremely quiet (room was on the inner courtyard). Comfortable beds.
Decor: Modern, bright, slightly worn. Serviceable rather than charming.

Citadines was an awesome choice. Great location and great view of Seine River. Close to many sites. Latin Quarter always fun. I found a lil place for brunch 2 blocks away with super tasty food. Staff is awesome. The place feels like home. I’ll stay again for sure.

Staying at Citidines St Germaine 6 years ago was very satisfactory, but this time a big disappointment.
Bad things:
1. Now have to take own towels to the laundry room and replace with clean one. No daily service.
2.Replensih own tea bags from the downstairs tea and coffee machine.
3.Very worn carpet in the hallways.
4.Tidy decor.
5. Disinterested staff.
Good things:
1. Great location by the Seine River and 10 minute walk to the Lourve.
2. Great restaurants nearby.
3. Interesting art galleries nearby.
Not good value for money these days. Won't be returning.
