I stayed 3 nights with my wife and daughter. It was a wonderful stay. Every staff were very friendly and responded to our questions and requests. The location is perfect, just above the entrance of Metro.
In my experience, staying at an apartment hotel in Europe usually brought me some trouble, but here we could satisfied almost everything.

I stay in this aparthotel for more than 10 years. The location is great. With 2 lines at your door step you can reach anywhere within Paris not more than 30mins. This is if you are going all the way to city limits. Close to shopping and the museums. Restaurants, bars, and clubs are very neer.
I also like the spacious rooms. Having a small kitchinette also helps if you just want to have small breakfast in your room. You can also prepare meals if you want as they have the utensils. I prefer the restaurants. :-)
The property also have a car park available if you are driving to town.
I am a regular, and I will go back again. I don't look for another place.

Beautiful modern apart hotel in Paris, best location 3 min walk to Opera. Large and bright rooms, clean and comfortable beds. Love this hotel. Especially when you travel with kids this is the best hotel with the kitchen and washing machine

I am staying here for Paris Fashion Week and while the hotel looks modern, the floors are quite dirty in the room (that horrible slimy feel on the tiles) and they really lack basic necessities - no tissues, no bathroom mats for the toilet which is separate from the shower, no robes and no bedroom slippers. I asked for extra hangers only to be met with “we can only spare extra 5 hangers cos of the other guests here.” I am staying 9 nights! Hello - what am I going to do with 3 hangers?!
They managed to change my room from the two storey attic to a nice garden room but I really feel the kitchenette, basic neccesities (seriously one pebble of a soap for the whole stay?! ONE!) and lack of cleanliness needs addressing.
Yes the hotel is in a gd location but pls upgrade with better basics - your guests should feel comfortable and looked after.
It feels as if I am at the YMCA brining my old towels to be changed at reception for new ones.
And pls get some help for guests with a concierge to help with bags when guests check in and out?
U r supposedly 4 Star - it doesn’t feel anyway close to the star rating.

I have stayed here several times and always had a great experience, The rooms are really comfortable; and a good size for Paris. The modern kitchen is ideal if you are staying for a few days.
Staff are really helpful and always polite and courteous.
With a location 30 seconds from the metro and a 5 min walk to Opera, it really is ideal for getting around.
