Got a great deal to stay here studio rooms done what the said on the tin. We're ideal for wat we were after. The roof terrace is a must we had a fab late afternoon early evening up there in the sun. Take your own drink and snacks up it is fab. Bit of a walk to main square about 40 mins in heels. Was a fab wknd away tho I'd defo return

Expensive for what was on offer..
Staff are excellent and helpful, good facilities and decor is good.
The price does not include breakfast and its a premium price..
Rooms are clean but you must either clean yourself or pay a whopping €35...
Roof terrace is superb and well worth making the most of.

Just returned from staying in Nice for one week. It was the first time my husband and I have been there and we weren't disappointed. Beautiful place, I was sad to go home! I was a little worried about the accommodation on the first night as it is 2 streets back from the promenade and to be a honest - a little less of a "fancy" area. Pleasantly surprised, great location with easy access to the promenade and about 15 min walk from the town centre. We stayed in one of the newly refurbished executive suites. The room was modern, very clean and had everything we needed. Room service only call once a week, however not an issue if you are regularly emptying your rubbish etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The roof garden is perfect for an afternoon relaxing in the sun! Plus, as there are not too many rooms, it is never overcrowded in the solarium, we had our pick of chairs/ sun loungers. Would definitely stay here again. Literally a 3 minute walk from a Lidl store which is great for stocking up on food, drink etc.

We stayed in a superior studio which was quite small and carpet was stained but we had a nice balcony with garden view. The beds are comfy and nice bathroom, kitchen was reasonably equipped for our needs you have to ask for a toaster. There is a very nice roof terrace to relax after a days sightseeing. The staff are friendly and helpful we had a problem with our water, we had no hot water but it was sorted very quickly.Buses and trains are frequent you can get anywhere along the coast and around the town. We had a wonderful time in nice and can recommend the residhome.

It's literally just down from the beach. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Roof top terrace lovely peaceful sun trap. The rooms are dated and in need of a freshen up but it is three star and is reflected in the price. Bed was company it was just somewhere to sleep for us. Lidl supermarket and nice delis and local restaurants near by beware on the front you pay extra for the privilege of sitting near the promenade. Also great shuttle to Monaco and city tour via hotel.
