We were welcomed very early in the morning approx. 5am. They offered us drinks and breakfast even though the restaurant wasn't open. They gave us a lovely luxury room with a bed you wouldn't want to get out off as the mattress is so comfortable. The staff were amazing, friendly and nothing was a bother. The food was lovely. Its in a great location for walks and a lovely view of the local park. They also have a lovely pool on top on the roof so the views are stunning. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel and would definitely come back to stay. Thank you all for a wonderful 3 night city break xxx

Very nice hotel in good area to walk. Close to restaurants. Clean minimalistic rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with amazing croissants and pain au chocolat (both very flaky) and freshly made waffles, if breakfast is ready on time.

We stayed five nights in this lovely hotel in prime location along Park Virrey. Safe area with good bus and taxi access and lots of restaurants.Friendly attentive service. It is also a nice waking/bicycling area.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It was a shame I only stayed for 2 nights, but I do know where I will stay on my next trip to Bogota! From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed by the incredible staff. Diego was just tops, he had the doors open for us, carried our bags up to our room, helped with addresses for Uber pick ups and was so very helpful and kind! Check in was a breeze, our room was wonderful, a little cool, but they brought us a little heater so that was great. The room had a huge window facing the park. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Fresh fruits, arepas, egg and waffle stations, coffee, tea, juice, etc. We looked forward to breakfast every morning! There were computers available to use by the office/conference rooms which was helpful when we had to book flights. Sadly the weather wasn't warm enough to make use of the beautiful rooftop pool....next time! Overall, this place was perfect, great location to walk to restaurants and shopping, I'd absolutely stay here again.

Thi sis a modern hotel located next to 2 parks and near two shopping areas. The hotel is modern and well looked after. Check in was very fast (it was 4 am however!). We had room 608 looking over one of the parks - it was nice and modern, spacious and well appointed. Room had 2queen sized and comfortable beds, 2 soft chairs, a table, flat screen tv, suitcase stand, desk, tea/ coffee makings, fridge, snacks and mini bar, wardrobe with a safety box. The toilet shower room was nice too and there were free toiletries.
Bar/ terrace was quite nice, sandwiches were good. Wine was 17,400 pesos a class ( it was Chilean).
All in all a really nice experience.
