xarmejnzizzion 30/12/2016 15:48We are so much during our week!!! My gosh such abondance of food!!! Our child was a picky eater so instead of buffet he got offered a pizza ticket to exchange in the pizzeria. Animation staff were brilliant especially the animation manager. Our son got sick while on holiday (high fever) and the in-house doctor was so helpful and on call (Google translation helped too). The medicine was also ordered and brought to the hotel reception meaning hassle free since we had no car. We spent full days swimming, and doing all sort of sports... Mini golf, tennis, volleyball, etc. Love live loved it. This was my second time and will definitely revisit again. Shows however are mostly in Italian.
Potiential wonderland, but thoroughly mismanaged
Kasper Kon 05/10/2016 09:01Big and beautiful estate with amazing view, several different pools, one of them olympic sized, a seaside sunbathing area on the cliffs with amazing water and waterslide.
Unfortunately, the place is all-round neglected in dire need of repairs. Only one pool, was open, with the others dirty, filled with algae and leaves. The open one was used for kid’s entertainment with guides loudly singing karaoke, playing music and speaking over loudspeakers throughout the day making in unbearable to reside there. Most of the facilities, bars and restaurants around the resort were closed, although no information about this was given about this, and signs at the venues tell us that current opening hours are valid. The only restaurant that was open was dedicated to Russian and Italian all-inclusive guests, with a buffet and ticket-system if you were not on a package-deal. Would not recommend eating in. The rooms a very noisy, and loud and drunk neighbours kept us up most of the night, although the reception did handle it eventually.
If not for the view and sunbathing area by the sea, we would have been devastated. Would not recommend anyone going here.
Great place but needs a bit of a revamp.
111keithoon 03/10/2016 18:04Great place near to airport. Room was a bit dated but the place is nice if you look past the decor. The slide and sunbathing area is really nice!
It was pretty quiet whilst we were there as end of season but imagine it can get quite busy as its a large resort.
Absolutely horrible stay!
mba253on 15/09/2016 09:02Everything of this location was horrible. The room, the location, the food, the accomodation, it was all terrible. It was way too crowded. Never ever go there again,. I would not suggested this place to anyone!

ggiord_525915on 15/09/2016 08:37Loved it very relaxing great food and great staff. Animation and games everyday was so much fun and views are fantastic. Great place for a vacation with family and kids lots of activities daily and great environment
