The overall stay at city express was very good
Love Chetumal city - has a lot to offer - great food toco loco and many other places
In past have stayed at many hotels with good experiences
City express was great - room great little small but very good - greeting great - very friendly staff especially night crew - breakfast great - lot of variety and very good coffee ——- but stayed 2 days and first day hot water - 2 nd day cold? Not shure what happened but - overall great hotel - was impressed
And will stay again

This hotel is great. Its location is ideal for visitors going on a vacation or plan on shopping in the area. The rooms are highly clean with great Air-condition. Breakfast here is really great as well which is included in their hotel price; that's a plus. Staff are courteous and willing to assist. Has a nice pool nothing big but nice. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was an ok hotel. You can really go to a very nice hotel for less however the location is great. This hotel is right behind las americas mall and walking distance to bodega aurora.
Since I came to work I have to say the internet was great and fast during my virtual meetings I had no interruptions.
The rooms have very big windows but unable to open so the room gets very stuffy.
Would I stay here again???
Yes i would but for 3 or less days not 1 week. I hope this helps

Always enjoy my stay at this hotel. The location is convenient and the staff is trained in hospitality, they are always willing to assist. The vending machine on the 1st floor is not working and needs to be replaced.

This was a nice place to stay. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The location is great, close to mall and just a small taxi ride away from everything else. The only thing wrong was that the AC wasn't that good. The room was warm most of the time.
