We booked this through TripAdvisor and were pleased to find that the reservation was ready for us and at the expected cost ($55). Very new hotel. Very secure. The room furnishings are sparse but adequate. Plenty of plugins. Looks like everything came from IKEA. WIFI was very good.
As a bonus for us one of the clerks was deaf. (Never find a deaf clerk in the US.) She was very polite and knew some American Sign Language (in which I am fluent). Knowing no Spanish I found it quite easy to converse with her.

I have stayed here over 7 times and each was a pleasurable stay. Staff is friendly and free breakfast is great.
Rooms are small but clean. The beds are a bit hard, but I'm not expecting a five star quality bed either. I will continue staying at this hotel each time I return to Durango.

Easy to find, quiet good location, convenient, great free breakfast, highly recommended by previous guests (friends). They stay here every time when they come to town. Now we'll follow their example and will always book there. Great value, very satisfied.

My husband and I had an incredible stay!! The staff was very friendly and helpful ( front desk, housekeeping, security, etc) they met our expectations and exceeded them!!
The rooms are clean, comfortable, bathrooms outstanding, convenient location. We highly recommend this place. See you next year !

This hotel is located a bit far from the downtown and historic centre, and a few minutes by taxi to the major mall in the area (Paseo Durango), but it is definitely a great place to stay at.
The breakfast in the morning was nice and very good.
The Wifi was great and never had an issue at all.
Taxis are cheap so getting anywhere was no problem.
I would definitely stay here again.
