Great experience,very positive vibe and good staff! The best time so far!! Great food as well! Awesome view as well, enjoyed the stay and will surely look forward for staying here again! Surely recommend for all tourists!

Best location in India's only world class city, Happening shopping area, helpful staff, restaurant food, large rooms. Reasonably priced, Quick room service. Nearby Mamaji Dhaba was a surprise discovery. Go for it to have Hot Parathas and makki ki roti and Sarson Da saag. Not much difference in tariff even when booked directly as they also give good discount as MMT. Showers need cleaning as they are clogged due to hard water. Bath tub plug was missing and staff could not locate it. ACs and fans are bit noisy, can be ignored though. Overall Good

My second visit to Chandigarh.The hotel is in a quiet area.our rooms were standard.breakfast was different from other hotels and very tasty.friendly staff .Chandigarh is so lovely ,clean city .The gardens are beautiful with rock features..Best city in India.

We had enjoyed our three days stay at Hotel City Heat Premium. It was quality stay not much costly we booked this hotel on arrival at Chandigarh. Surrounding of the hotel was the best infrastructure of the hotel was amazing it was not big building but amenities of the hotel was really good. wooden dining table front side the hotel for dine and tea time at evening great scene while dinner time they made, room was superb everything was in working condition sleeping quality was totally relaxing, every staff of the hotel was helpful we found enjoyed total time while stay.

Had a last minute plan to travel was not getting rooms anywhere than seen this place on the net and book it the place is good even the rooms nice and clean the package also include breakfast and dinner as complentary which was good budget full value of money
