I chose City Limits Apartments for its location as the show I was seeing was close. It was a good choice not only was the theatre just around the corner but so were many fantastic restaurants and bars.
The staff were extremely friendly and the bonus was we were able to get into our room early.
The room was well equipped with everything you need.
I have no hesitation in recommending City Limits as a great place to stay in Melbourne and hope to stay there again soon.

City Limits was the perfect place to spend a couple of nights. It was easy walking to public transport, Melbourne museum, Theatres, China town and so much more. The accommodation it's self was clean, modern, comfortable and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable when it came to offering advice. I will definitely be recommending City Limits to friends and family as a place to stay when they visit Melbourne.

1st impression ,good location and friendly staff.
Fairly small place but very clean and modern styling ,very clean bathroom and well maintained.
Bed very comfortable and very quiet inside so great at night time for sleeping ,view nothing to see but that’s ok.
Not really suited for family as probably bit small but great for couples .
Breakfast only inside unit as per 2 slices per person toaster,1pkt cereal per person and coffee and milk.
Has small fridge and toaster,aircon heater etc.
Plenty restaurants in same street and walking distance to regent theatre only 12 mins. Casual walking .
$160per night I think a little dear about $30 per night too much but would stay again if price a little lower to $130 per night is still plenty for what you get
Pro= location,clean, modern,lift,friendly staff ,quiet sleeping at night and well maintained interior
Con= little expensive for what you get @ $160 per night
Views,breakfast bit basic, would give it a higher rating at a lower price per night.

We stayed midweek going to Princess Theatre and found this hotel to be fine. Rooms were clean and well designed. It has some good restaurants nearby in Lt Bourke St (Kri Kri, Mrs Parmie) and is a short walk to Parliament Station.
You can book parking but it is limited so book it beforehand.

I recently stayed here for 1 night mid week. Great price the room was well equipped and very clean. Friendly and professional staff at the front desk. Was a bit of street noise around 3am which should be expected in the city. Located only a few minutes walk to Parliament Station.
