We spent 3 nights in a studio room which was perfect for us. It was quite roomy and very well equipped with a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. It was ideal for self catering but also close to excellent places to eat and drink, with several good cafes nearby. Despite the terrible noise outside from all the building going in the vicinity, the room itself was quiet and we slept well. The desk staff were helpful and the location worked well for us, being handy to Flagstaff station. We'd certainly stay here again.

Stayed here for Saturday and Sunday and is very close to everything in the City, close to public transport, walking distance to Southern Cross Station. l had the one bedroom apartment which felt warm and inviting. All mod cons in the kitchen for cooking, comfortable lounge in the lounge area. Had a balcony but there was no view. Bed was very comfortable. What stood out to me was it was very quiet. The Customer service was quick. There was plenty of information in the apartment about the run down of the apartment and also City Tempo. There is no cafe but there was one that was adjoining the premises, though l didnt go in there. It was good value for money. The only thing that l could fault was the tiny bathroom basin. lol Its was really awkward to try and put on make up in the bath room as there was no where to put any any of my make up etc and had to resort to using the toilet let as a bench :l

Very smooth check-in and check-out experience. We were upgraded from a studio to a 1-bed apartment, and it was very spacious and clean. Unfortunately, being on the 2nd floor, we had no view. But that's a minor quibble. Housekeeping came every day (of just a short 3-night stay) and replenished toiletries and cleaned, which was great (and not necessarily expected). It's well located on the edge of the CBD, and easy to get everywhere.
Not the most characterful place, but did the job and was a good price.

We had a 2 night stay. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was a double with a balcony, it was fantastic to have a view. Nicely set out self contained unit, clean and tidy. Close walking distance to Queen Vic market. Would be happy to stay again

I found the hotel to be very friendly from the moment you entered the reception area. On booking I was upgraded to a upper level apartment which was very modern,clean and everything provided for my stop over. The staff were very polite and room was very well cleaned every day. On check out everything was so easy and staff were very helpful. Overall a very professionally run hotel
