The room is clean and well decorated bu the size of the rooms is small, toilet is also very small, motorized window curtain not functioning, tea kettle is also not properly working (it's switch was defective), the breakfast is very good, having variety of dishes to select as per the choice, the location of hotel is also very good away from the traffic noise of Gurgaon, the Central marked of Sector 29 is just on a walking distance form the hotel.
Do not have much interaction with the staff but the front desk team is well behaved, very helpful and cooperative, restaurant staff is also good and courteous.
Over all the experience is good and satisfied with the stay.

Lorenzo at clarens hotel
The fabulous resturant located at ground floor is awsome for gourmet cuisine,decor and service.
Have dined here at multiple occasions with family and friends.
Their world wide cuisine and breakfast buffet is worth trying.
Morning breakfast live counter and watching chefs in action gives special dimension to lorenzo.
The salad counter has a wide variety of salads and desserts worth trying.
Thankyou clarens for a memorable dinner as usual.

We hosted our Daughter's first birthday at Clarens Hotel, Sec 29, Gurgaon in Jun 2017 and the experience was unparalleled. All our guests had appreciation for the snacks and main course served. The entire F&B team was on its toes throughout the function and helped with every minute requirement asked for even at the eleventh hour. And not to forget the offering was found to be 'Best value for money'

The room was clean and well furbished. They had good hi-speed wi-fi. The breakfast is real value for money with a lot of salads, eggs made to order, parathas made to order, fruits and excellent coffee. Staff was friendly and polite. Good place to have meetings, even in the coffee shop.
The only problem is that they only give 2 bottles of drinking water, which seems a little less for a couple. Make sure that in case you drink a lot of water, buy water from outside as the water in the hotel is on the pricier side

I have been visiting many hotels in gurgoan but i must say i loved my stay at clarens hotel. Excellent service provided by the staff and food was delicious. I also enjoyed swimming on rooftop with an amazing view.
