Very central to everything, great food and very comfortable beds. Free Wi-Fi.
Clean bathrooms and very quiet. Best to ask for room with water views, but otherwise not much difference.
Reception staff very helpful and good English.

We stayed one night before embarking on a cruise of the Norwegian fiords.
The room was modern and comfortable.
There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room but they were freely available in the hotel lounge.
The breakfast in the morning was a fabulous buffet with everything you could possibly want for breakfast.
Checkout was 12:00 noon. Reception had umbrellas available for use if it is raining.
Worth staying here.

Close to the sea , and near to the city centre , hotel Admiral is a safe choice . Friendly and cosy atmosphere , when the weather is rough outside . Nice bar with a lot different drinks on the menu - good restaurant You should try to get a room with view to the sea, it will also bee more quiet.

Historic hotel updated in modern decor which doesn't always work. The expensive old doors do not blend in with the modern rooms. Rooms are small. Those overly looking the street are quite noisy and with no temperature controls in the room you use the window to cool off.

We stayed here recently for two nights. The hotel room was lovely and beds very comfortable with good pillows! Breakfast was very good too and there were beautiful views across the harbour from the breakfast room. Helpful staff were on hand and the hotel let us leave our bags for the day while we went sightseeing before our evening flight home. Lovely hotel!
