Nice hotel for Luleå - some areas lacking
Paradectral Aon 17/06/2017 19:27I spent three nights at the Clarion Hotel Sense in Luleå.
Overall, the hotel is nice and staff are friendly and courteous. It's probably the nicest hotel in Luleå (which isn't saying much given the size of the city)!). The finishing is modern and the quality is good. Breakfast is decent with a good variety of food.
Some areas were lacking though, hence the 3-star rating (much to my regret):
- the hotel couldn't find my reservation, even though I showed them the direct booking I made by email to the hotel. Thankfully rooms were available so staff quickly booked me in. But my experience would have been much different had that not been the case.
- the room doors are pretty thin so you can hear the doors of neighbouring rooms being slammed
- while the room wasn't dirty, it didn't feel entirely clean either (eg you can see some dust on the white bed linen).

Amazing spa and best breakfast ever
Marte Eon 28/05/2017 20:19We had a great time at Clarion Sense Hotel and Spa. Only stayed for two days, but I would go back anytime. The breakfast might be the best one we've ever had in a hotel and the spa as well was great (and access for only 175 SEK).
Comfortable, spacious
Laila Kon 30/04/2017 10:50Clean, friendly, comfortable, nice breakfast, with a wide range of alternatives, good beds and spacious room and bathroom with enough storage space. Great location. Very friendly staff. Restaurant has lovely dinner options and the spa was relaxing. Could not be happier 👍
Best hotel in Lulea
Tiggminon 23/04/2017 00:22Great stay at this hotel, I like everything about it. Great location which is pretty central in Lulea. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. Rooms are of a very high standard and modern, huge safes. Breakfast in the sky bar is good with a wide and varied choice. I always try and stay here when visiting, never disappointed.
