I stayed in the hotel for a week plus and was mistreated by the hotel staff for the last night. They shifted me to a smaller room the door of which didn't lock. Some stranger opened my door at night. I complained and no body came. I finally double locked the door and chained in from the inside. Worst part the next morning the hotel authorities completely denied that they got any call citing a complaint, at that point I decided to check out immediately, not knowing how safe the space is anymore. Do not recommend this place to anybody to stay at all.

We have been there 2 days and our experiance was very good. Clean room, good service, nice stafs, good food. Room was big and bathroom too very comfortable and nice. We are going to stay there next time we visit Delhi.

It was a brief stay at this hotel but it wore deserted look. Ac was not that much cooling.
It took some time for check in and check out. Hotel is situated adjacent to Pacific Malaysia and that is advantage for those who have free time.

I started here for 2 nights and it was a comfortable stay. The rooms were good but bathrooms average, staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet spread was modest but tasty. There is free WiFi, in room dining is available but the hotel also allows you to order from outside and get it delivered to your room.
