Visited this hotel with my friends in June. Had a great time over there. Hotel is well maintained and service provided is also awesome. Foods available is tasty. Rooms are quite comfortable. Very chill out hotel so I'll recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a very good time in this hotel and the food and the service was excellent and it was experience that we had in this hotel.This hotel is located in Pune but not closure to the city and the customer service was up to mark.

They are over charged. some servers are good and some dont know how to talk with customers. so i can say service is below average. i stayed here for twodays. all i can say is dont waste your money here. some receptionists are helpful.

Pros:-
With the new management and renovation,
rooms are comfortable and spacious, Location is good and u will never go hungry any time, its surrounded by all the Fast Food Chain hotels like, Subway, Mc D's, but I like the most is " Shiver Garden". Staff is service oriented and very fast to respond.
Cons:-
Room Maintaince is and upkeep of the property is not up to the mark.
No Health Club, insignificant hardly frequented Gym does exisit.
Spread on the Breakfast is repeatative, but on request staff can prepare Dosa or Omlette.

I stayed at Clarks Inn Suites during an official visit to Pune. The hotel is quite decent and pricing is about ok. Food's quite good. I had the buffet breakfast and dinner there. The spread is good. Also, if you are looking for other options, you have a McDonalds, Subway just across the road. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is courteous and helpful. The only issue is the location. It's quite some distance from the city as well as the main commercial center, Hinjewadi. But overall value for money.
