The hotel is decent and good enough for an individual to stay, though the service is very slow and poor, the 24 hour room service menu is restricted till 3 pm and thereafter from 7 pm onwards, thereby the concept of round the clock service is failure. The 2 nights that I had to stay in the hotel had a very bad experience of food quality, as the paneer tikka had pieces of band aid served along with it and even after my complaint the same was neither replaced nor cancelled in the bill. The breakfast served in the buffet had very limited choice and again the restaurant staff was very slow and poor in understanding the orders from the customers.
The bathrooms had dirty towels and had to be asked 3-4 times for replacement with fresh clean towels. Hand towels were not provided at all.

Stay in this hotel during business trip. It is a old hotels but has got associated with clarks inn brand therefore lot of changes are going on. Rooms was of average size with ok amenities. WIFI did not work they provided a jio wipod speed of which was not proper. Hotel staff is typical not properly trained. They has habit of not looking the door while going out and coming in without knocking. Food and rooms service was not as expected. Overall there is a lot of scope of improvement

just by adding name of a chain does not qualify the results.this is a classic example of such an attempt to add value by getting hitched on to a chain but there seems to be no change to the mindset so the results are even more downward.

The sorroundings and Location are excellent.
Neat & clean property, small but decent.Need to work upon the training of their staff, specially those, who are on reception, they need soft skill training.
Otherwise, the stay was good and satisfying.

Had banquet for 100 people and also stayed at the hotel , nice location, rooms are as good as 5 star, functional, only missing is some English channels in TV, breakfast spread is poor, also quality, needs proper heating system for dishes, budget hotel but overall a soothing experience. Can improve a lot with small additions and changes , please update .
