Pathetic service and the management. We had booked the hotel in advance, even after that they gave us rooms in a nearby hotel since they were over booked. And for second day they troubled us to change the room back to hotel. Half tym went in packing and unpacking. Rooms were not in proper condition, broken toilets, gyser not working. Not recommendable at all.

Hospitality food and anytime room service and quality of stay were way more than expected this place is really good the waterfalls is very nearby. It is a good place for family stay, good location near city centre, staff are friendly, food is good, overall a good place to enjoy your vacation.

Hospitality food and anytime room service and quality of stay were way more than expected this place is really good the waterfalls is very near about 2 km from stay and the view from hotels restaurant and room especially room no 520(not sure) is mind blowing 🙂 pics of falls and hotel view has been uploaded

It is a good place for family stay, good location near city centre, staff are friendly, food is good, overall a good place to enjoy your vacation..it has ample space for vehicle parking, rooms are spacious and well maintained..

Overall location is good, we stayed one night. I stayed in a Deluxe room- more like 1 BHK apartment. A family of four can easily accommodate, if willing to adjust a little bit.
Food quality was not so appreciable.
