Great welcome on arrival...lounge was so warm and welcoming.. really relaxing atmosphere...lovely hoteliers coleen and jimmy..
Room was heated through for us and we were greeted with champagne on ice and a lovely box of chocolates as we were their for an anniversary celebration.
On suite power shower and tea and Coffee facilities..plenty of drawers mirrors and hanging space.
Breakfast was stunning...endless coffee orange and toast...all quality ingredients.served in a lovely setting
Perfect weekend in a perfect hotel x
Thank you jimmy and Collette for going the extra mile

Comfy beds ,good shower,average breakfast. The best thing about this hotel was the location . Not far to walk to shops ,restaurents beach etc. The reception room was beautiful bit then you entered your room and was a little let down with dated furnishing and not as clean as you would expect . There was even a knife in the bottom draw slill covered in butter !!

Stayed here last weekend in October. Excellent hotel. Jimmy and Collete are both excellent hosts and Jimmy cooks a great breakfast - good sense of humor as well.
Great location two minutes to Lord Street or the Seafront.
Lovely room and very comfy bed. Third time up to Southport/Liverpool in recent years and this is the first time that I have found a hotel that my Wife and I will definitely look to use again when we return soon

We had a great time lovely place and owners are fantastic well worth a visit again.Our room is great,food is good and facilities are very good.We recommend Clifton Villa to our family and friends.Shop and eating places are close by too it is ideal for us

Stayed for 2 nights... room was clean, comfortable, modern, catered to all our needs.
Breakfast was lovely and Jimmy & Collette made us feel very welcome & comfortable.
Nothing was too much trouble.
We will definitely be returning very shortly.
Overall an excellent stay
