Very good option to stay at Munnar
Reasonably good amenities and well maintained Rooms
Hotel Lobby is great and sitting with Reading materials
Housekeeping staff is courteous
Breakfast & Meal Menu variety is good and Food quality is great

Our experience of this hotel was not great.The front desk staff was good and supportive but the housekeeping and room service was very slow. Inspite of reminding the things we asked were delayed.
No hot water kettle in the room which was a lot of inconvenience.
Also the breakfast served was cold.
The rooms are spacious and view is good but service definitely needs to improve drastically

It's a pretty decent stay but definitely not a 4 star !! In fact it just doesn't match up to 4 start hotel standard!
Pros
1. View from the room was good, room is spacious
2. Good wifi
3. Weather was good ( though the hotel has nothing to do in this )
Cons
1. Not enough parking for ur own vehicle
2. Service is pathetic - you have to call thrice atleast to get anything !
3. You have to call for hot water if u plan to take bath anytime after 9am , I was there for a lazy vacation so would step out only by lunch and on both days I had to haggle with the staff for over an hour to get the hot water which obviously hampered my plans
4. Hand towels were not provided and inspite of repeatedly asking , I received my hand towels only my last day of stay
5. On my second day of stay , the wifi password expired and to get that renewed I had to as usual call 3 times !
6. The room had a cobweb on the ceiling so the cleanliness is a big question !

I visited this hotel with family in the month of Oct-17, stayed for 2 days. Room allocated had amenities well in place, surrouning has munnar hills view from hotel windows, it was chilled so needless to ask for AC room.(AC were not installed in alloted room)
Food variety of buffet was good, but seems short of cooks mainly live dosa counter as to stand in queue for long, same is inform to restaurent manager.
Pathetic experience of SPA as therapiest are un-trained and can't speak English or Hindi, Massage and steam bath is not value for money after complainng feedback Rs-3000/- refunded to my account.
All in all average hotel just to stay for day or two for bed and breakfast.

This hotel is not at all bad but if you really want to be among clouds as Munnar offer you that, one can select better option. You can see clouds passing and a hill view but I am sure one wants be in clouds apart from view only. The food is Okay the taste can be improved. The service part is 10/10. The staff is supportive and ready to serve. Visit Munnar itself in November or December with best hotel for sublime experience.
