We booked this hotel because we had a very late flight and it had 24 hour reception. We had a secure credit card booking through Booking.com. When we arrived, they had no rooms and had given our room to someone else. After some time, they rang round and found a neighbouring hotel to take us in. We were glad of a bed to sleep in though the room was tiny and the hot water tap didn't work. We had to pay this hotel the same as the our original booking. Too tired to argue by then. Reception apologised to us, but many flights arrive late from the UK and we would have had to pay for the room if we were a 'no show' so they should not have done this. If you still wish to risk booking this hotel, be sure your courier takes you to the correct hotel as there are other hotels in Kas with extremely similar names (Pension Antiphellos and Hotel Antiphellos) and you might find yourself dropped off at the wrong place. This happened to us, though obviously this was in no way the fault of the hotel. I hate to give a poor review but this hotel failed in the most fundamental way.
Nice staff

This hotel offers a good experience considering the money you pay. Do not expect too much. Still, it will meet most of your expectations.
Pros: price, breakfast, and staff
Cons: distance to the beach and toilets.
My overall evaluation would be 3.5 stars out of 5 stars.
If you love animals, ignore this place!

If you don't want to see the hotel owner treating the cats badly, don't go to this hotel. I was in the balcony and saw a guy with the water hose. I thought he would water the garden but instead, he chased the cats with water and it is unacceptable! Later, I learned that he is the owner! If you are in Kas, cats are everywhere and people treat them well except this place!
The rooms we had were going under maintenance and renovation and the bathroom tiles were broken.
The view from the balcony was good. The bed was comfortable.
The service staff was friendly, especially the guy at the reception at 3 AM in the morning was very welcoming.
There are not many choices for breakfast and the stuff offered are not of good quality, simple, and ordinary.
The worst hotel in Kas

Before reading my comment, my advice for you is to read other bad reviews about this hotel because they are all true. Since we've been through the same problems, a person would definetely know the owner of the hotel, Cengiz, is making unjust money out of posting "great photos" of some rooms of a hotel, not this hotel, and giving one of the worst rooms you would fine in a hostel. Last summer, we made a prepayment for booking the room (double bed) in a rush because we didn't have time and there weren't many options left. The photo on the web site was pretty good looking, but when we saw it, the room was hideous, obviously had rain coming in in winter, the ceiling was leaking and mouldy, there were 2 single beds, not a double size bed as we booked, the flooring and the curtains were also filthy.. We went directly to speak with the owner Cengiz to complain, but he did nothing to change our room. He said it was a misunderstanding, that we had to call them earlier?? to pick the room? He blamed it on booking.com saying that the beds are optional and they could give us the room which was available. However, apart from 2 single beds, our problem wasn't solved at all. The room was still hideous. We made the reservation on booking.com buy choosing from the photos, which were lies as a nice double bed and a gorgeous room. Look below the photos please and see it for yourself. Do NOT GO to this hotel and don't let them deceive people.
Beautiful, peaceful, a gem hotel!

I stayed at the hotel with a friend last year in August. what a wonderful small boutigue gem! it's clean, big pool, terrace area , peaceful, and very good food. they make you feel like at home. Hotel is on the top of hill in peninsula which is ony 10 min taxi/minibus ride away from centre. You need to go down some stairs to get to the beach but hey it's so worth it. great beach, with cafe that would serve food/drink all day long. dont expect sandy beach in Kas. It's not crowded hotel which makes it even more special. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet.
I'd like to thank the owner of the hotel and his family for making our short stay very special. They are lovely people, friendly, kind and helpful. staff also are very nice, we all treated like part of the family. I highly recommend this hotel for couples or friends for romantic gateaway or relaxing holiday. It's also child friendly, has huge pool. Kas town centre is only 15 min away with dolmus, or 10 min with taxi, cheap fare so you wouldnt have problem there. it's nice to be away from hassle bassle and also be very close to it if you want to go to bars/ clubs/ other restaurants.Highly recommend!
