Cleaners are very rude if you don't tip them at the start and manager, Levent, awful in handling complaints-expect him to become aggressive!!
Food very nice. Amazon river lovely.
Expect to walk 0.5km to use the beach- can be tiring in the heat with children.

Just returned from club grand side, with my wife and three children 12,12, and 10. We have stayed in 5 star resorts in turkey, for the last 6 years. This is the best resort we have ever been, primarily for the amazon water world. In saying that, the food, rooms and staff are also excellent.
I would only have one recommendation, and that would be the entertainment needs to be diversified by bringing in outside acts, such as acrobats and the like. We were the only English people there, and for us it was no problem. Would highly recommend for families.

Hotel is located Çolaklı, Manavgat and it has a huge beach. There're different club buildings and you don't see monoblock towers. Room quality is perfect; quality materials and very clean. All meals are tasty and you can have organic foods, because they supply cheese and vegetables from their own farm named Rani Farm. Especially Gouda and Emmental are amazing. Staff was helpful. Also
If you have children, you will love it; pools, Amazon, mini club, lots of choices.
We loved it and recommend for all.

Hotel was very nice. Staff is great. There was always someone to give you a big smile. Pool area is amazing! Water world with all slides and crazy river was great. Food was very good and real tasty turkish food. Kids playground was also good. I think rest of the people was german but it didn't matter. Staff was speaking better germany than english. I think we go back in some day.

We are having a fantastic holiday. All is perfect. The fact that is a German filled resort hotel is not an issue. We've had a perfect break...... And a big thank you to all the staff for making it a little more perfect....
