This hotel very beautiful but if you don't get all inclusive then it's very expensive don't buy nothing their theirs shops round the corner that's the expense food was ok in the hotel but it's the same thing every single day I went with friends had an amazing time taxi is expensive so get transfers or include transport too many cats very clean relaxing perfect location for couples staff night manerger is something else the night staff are bunch of barsted they tried to spoil our fun didn't work thowe night manerger very unprofessional disrespectful that includes the security he will make the hotel loose bussiness day staff lovly Mr khaan thank you for your continue support and assistance the team leader I forgot her name made us feel like where home wer known as the party crew with more the 20 of us their security masud thank you for looking after us we will be back

The view from this hotel is amazing and it has a great relaxing atmosphere. It's in a lovely location within walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants . Staff were very professional and helpful. Great value for good location.

Fab hotel.Food great.Staff most friendly nothing too much trouble.Location brilliant approx 25 mins from airport. Relaxing idyllic surroundings overlooking the sea.Food good standard with plenty of variety.Highly recommend.

This Hotel online is advertised and described as a great 4* hotel - which really is not the case.
When booking all inclusive just know that you only get the cheapest drinks and not including cocktails.
There is only one restaurant which is buffet style and its the same food for breakfast, lunch and dinner which can be a little deterring especially if your staying for more than a week.
The staff are unfriendly and barely speak English. Which I honestly completely understand if they just tried to make some effort or even smiled but they were rude and very unhelpful.
I wanted to special mention reception as when the wifi went down for a half a day they're response was 'We already know this' and hung up the phone. Reception needs to look for trained and professional staff if they want their hotel to be a success.
Wifi very unreliable and goes off and on throughout the day.
On the positive side the location is great and you are able to have access to the sea.

I read a lot of reviews of this hotel and it didn't disappoint the rooms are on the smaller side but very clean.The pools are good for adults and children. The only negative is food was very repetitive and on the slightly cold side but plenty of choice if not a fussy eater. I would like to give a special thankyou to one of the waiters Rasool who looked after me and family really well, a lovely guy always smiling and and Atuna in reception who was very helpful.
