Got cheap flights, but hadn't booked a hotel. A friend said contact hotel directly as they would be there at same time. So we booked direct. When we got there it looked good. The street sellers were not allowed in, with security to make sure they stayed out. Booked in at reception and found our room no problem. The entertainment team were good, open air shows were entertaining. The food was of a decent standard, and the staff were good. Think there was around 7 pools and the water park across the road. Also a large boating lake with small market stalls in the evening selling crafted items. Only problem for me was being a smoker there was no tobacconist nearby, and meant a jaunt into the town. Obviously not the hotel's fault. Would return again for sure.

Great staff! They solved every demand we had.
we didn,t spend much time in the hotel, because the island is great ,worth viziting!
The resort is big and crowded, but if u want a super holiday ,rent a car, from the reception, and visit!

End of October..staff didn't care about last customers. Entertainment very boring and moved to small reception area despite ua holiday maker paying for full service. Food was good, however for all inclusive not the best choices.
Most of the people visiting are not really my cup of tea..loud and ...just read other reviews.
I left shoes in room after check out and never fot them back,they never been found (converse) so has to travel with flip flops.
Money has gone missing as well in small value so we have not realised untill sat down ans counted.
Turn to be expensive holiday and not worth money paid. To commercial, too loud, too many drunk people. Won't be coming back and not really recommend for friends.

We booked direct this time for our third visit but didn’t find it as amazing as our previous 2 visits. Kids enjoyed it but we ate out most nights as food had gone down hill, entertainment wasn’t as good nor was the mini disco. My son got struck with the tummy bug then had. A horrendous ear infection. Beach is amazing and the port is beautiful at night. Will return the alcudia but stay elsewhere next time

Went on a family holiday with my 11 year old and mum. We stayed in a premium room which was very clean but was just lacking draw space. Balcony small and only 2 seats so made it awkward for us all to sit. Food was varied good selection of salads and a different theme each night. Entertainment was ok. For us the free access to the water park was the making of the holiday my son loved it. The Staff at the hotel were great very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were allocated the wrong room when we got there and the staff sorted it swiftly.
The only downside for me was that there were things that were not included in the price of the holiday like trampolines pedlos etc and if you have lots of children it costs a fortune. Watch the man on the pedlos they should be free until a certain time and he took 10 euros off my son and his friend to go on them even though they should have been free. Would have liked to have been able to go for a nice walk at night but was abit away from it all
Take mozzi spray lots of people got bit especially by the lake.
We had a great holiday and met some lovely people.
