If you want to spend quality and good time with family. its perfect place between mountains aside to river. lovely weather, nice staff, good views, romantic place, hanging around river. must go for it.

We recently visited Sikkim in Oct 2017. We stayed at Club Mahindra Baiguney. The hotel rooms are located just next to a river in a picturesque valley. Each room with a big balcony facing the river. The hotel area is quite large spanning around 9 acres. It has facilities like gym, spa, swimming pool, fun zone for kids, restaurant etc. The rooms were clean and spacious.The staff was very courteous and helpful. The food was very delicious with good spread. I would like to specially mention the restaurant staff members who made sure that all guests are attended and checked for any specific requirements. The staff in funzone conducted various activities everyday like family games, housie etc to keep the guests engaged. Overall it was a very good experience and would love to visit again. Club Mahindra rocks!

Secluded in a quiet corner about 3 km ahead of Jorethang, this nifty resort on the banks of the Rangeet river is a truly delightful and serene place. The rooms and the service are great too. The food is a tad expensive.

Amazing place, courteous staff, fine (but expensive) dining, magnificent view of the Rangit river... summarizes the Club Mahindra Baiguney stay. The resort is a bit far from the town, with extremely bad roads (no roads at all for some stretch... the ride from Gangtok to Baiguney was terrible), secluded, yet very pleasant and relaxing. Darjeeling is very close to Baiguney and you can spend a day there! But, again mind the roads (or no roads... the road to Darjeeling from Baiguney is again a very horrible bumpy stretch).
There are no kitchenettes in the rooms, so you will have to depend on the pricey food at the restaurants. Again, like other Club Mahindra resorts, you cannot find anything nearby and therefore do not have a choice but to eat within the resort.
We didn't use the Fun zone this time, as we were busy with our sight-seeing itinerary. The resort itself is widely spread, and you can laze around the resort for sometime and get some more fresh air!!
Best part of this resort is the peaceful Rangit river flowing by, and you can spend an evening by the river side, take a nice walk, click pictures, and enjoy some cool breeze.
Food is not that great!! Just ok. But, not many options nearby, so, don't expect more. We tried Pizzas on the day of our arrival, and they were yummy.
Staff is courteous and helpful. We recall interacting with Mr.Amit, who was quite helpful at the restaurant.

Really great staff and great service. The resort has very good facilities and the river facing suites are really good. So is the swimming pool and the restaurant where the a la Carter as well as the buffets are great.
