This hotel is absolutely great. It is located in the city center, few metres from the tube (you can also reach covent garden, picadilly circus and Trafalgar square by feet in less then 15 minutes) and surrounded by a lot of restaurants and cafes. Rooms are well furnished, clean and very comfortable, in particular I had a beautiful view on the main street. Staff were simply perfect, always helpful and kind. I really loved it! Recommended ❤

It was a quite good hotel and comfortable bed. Good location to favourite places and only 2 minutes by walking to holborn substation. Only the continental breakfast is very poor. You need to have alacarte exstra choises and it costs a little bit higher. Rest of the hotel is good.

A warm greeting from lovely lady at reception. Room ok, nothing special. Water would not go down plughole and when I tried to fiddle around, black gunge appeared from the plughole- gross! Breakfast not included which I think is disappointing!

I have stayed here on three occasions. Last stay was October 2017. Overall a good place to stay, central and quiet, good rooms and reception desk. Breakfast is disappointing, particularly the host in the breakfast room, found her very abrupt to the point of being rude and lack of politeness. I wasn't the only one who felt this in our group. Confusing that you have give extra for cooked breakfast which is silly as the continental breakfast has very limited choice and nothing special. Bar has a good variety but restaurant needs some more choice.

This hotel has all you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in London, both for business and leisure. Location is great, overlooking a beautiful little park (greenery being s bit sparse in central London) and the hotel is close to everything you could need (wakling distance to theatres, shopping, restaurants, etc). Our room was well equipped and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was not included in the price, but was also excellent. Will definitely be coming back!
