Nice relaxing clean Chalet
BrendaDeruyteron 08/11/2017 12:31We loved our stay . Quite , clean and had all that we needed . Only 30 minutes away from Quebec City . Idea place if you don't want to be in the Center of the hustle and bustle but yet close engouth to everything . Would definitely stay here aging

JimJudyBathon 20/10/2017 15:07We stayed here for one week on an RCI exchange. The location is great for touring the area, seeing the wonderful Fall colours and for day trips to Quebec City. Our two bedroom suite ( 2305 ) was very clean, modern and seemed to have been refurbished recently. The view of the ski hill at Mont Ste Anne was a bonus. We would highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a good place near Quebec City or the ski hill. Good restaurants within a few km as well and an excellent IGA supermarket.

The kitchen equipment was lacking but was addressed promptly by the front desk.
The fitness and pool facilities at this time of year are at a different location which requires you to drive. The cost for access and the condition of the amenities make it a waste of money. The hot tub was non functioning as was the steam room. The use of the facilities was limited to the hours swimming lessons were not being given.
The additional cost for logs for the fireplace was unexpected. The front desk had run out of logs. Fortunately one of the front desk clerks was able to explain where you could purchase logs.
Would I return here, certainly. It is clean and comfortable and close to the city and the Mont-Sainte-Anne.
The view from the top of Le Massif is not to be missed!
Facilities are adequate.
mattouon 22/09/2017 19:49Front desk staff needs to learn how to smile. During my week there I did not observe a smile from any of them. On site restaurant is so so. When I told the waiter my order was not right he told me I had not told him what I wanted anything but what he served me. No net on tennis court. We were there in mid Sept and the outdoor pool was very comfortable especially when coupled with the 80 degree weather we enjoyed.

PT Yon 14/09/2017 19:18Not much to add from other reviews. We did get to see all the attractions from whale watching to the east, Quebec City to the west and all points in between. Little disappointed with the tennis court but we were aware of this before we got here. Overall clean, centrally located but lack the amenities for summer, fall vacation.
