The Coastal Inn is a little outdated, but a nice place to stay. We had a suite with windows in the living room and in the bedroom, which we find not common for a suite. The room was clean, so was the bathroom and the bed was comfortable. They have a nice breakfastbuffet in the morning. The location is very good, close to Halifax and very close to Alderney Landing where you can take the ferry to Halifax.

Nice room with a kitchenette, comfortable bed and ample bathroom. The breakfast that was included was nothing special but included cold cereal, oatmeal, muffins, toast, bagels, cream cheese, peanut butter and jams, orange and apple juice, coffee, tea, a big bowl of fruit cocktail. Nothing fancy, but it was fine. Room was comfortable and very clean. Would stay again.

This hotel in showing its age,,it deff needs some TLC...the location wasn't the greatest and the staff could do with some pointers on being more friendly
Our room or suite was ok,,,,not the cleanest the kitcnette area needs to be totally redone....the beds were ok,,,,

In Dartmouth about 7 minute drive to downtown waterfront.
Friendly staff and clean rooms. In a quasi industrial area on a main route to the bridge to Halifax and South Shore. Free parking. So-so continental breakfast.

the room was clean, the hotel was noisy and the bed and pillows are to be replace, not good at all, not comfortable. They were doing some renovations, the place is very small. good for one personne per room.
