Perfect place to stay when visiting Clearwater Beach. The place is nice an quiet and has a very clear policy on noisy guests. Our suite on the third floor of building C was just what we hoped for. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, cooker, fridge freezer and washing machine. Coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods. Beds nice and comfortable, two TV's one in bedroom and one in the lounge. Heated pool with plenty of sunbeds, free water bottles at the pool and in reception. Freshly bakes cookies and coffee in reception. Housekeeping is every 3 days which is quite enough, however if you need anything just visit reception and they have a stock. Staff is very friendly and you feel welcome from the first day. The hotel is one block away from the beach however they do have access to a private beach across the road. The possible only disadvantage is there are no lifts. Loved the stay and will stay here again if coming back to Clearwater Beach.

Highly recommend this place. Each room is a suite with a kitchen, living room and bedroom. Staff was great and very helpful. Comes with access to a private beach across the street. Overall wonderful experience.

We stayed here for two night at the start of a trip my husband had bought for my birthday. The young man at the front desk was very lovely and helpful, even when we had problems with the credit card. He was calm and friendly. We were offered soda or water complimentary and bottled water was available for free throughout our stay.
The room was large and had a bath, kitchen and a safe. It was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable the sofa not so much. It is not a particularly expensive place so I did not expect miracles - the suite was a little dated in decor but it suited us. The sliding door onto the balcony did not lock in the conventional way but they had provided a way to secure it which worked fine.
As the trip was for my birthday my husband had told them. We came back from being out the second day and they had left a birthday card, bottle of sparkling wine and two champagne glasses. It was a much appreciated touch.
The location of this hotel for Clearwater beach is good, so long as you are ok to walk the 15 mins or so to Times Square and the pier. Also there are restaurants nearby if you don’t want to go too far.
I would recommend this hotel. The decor and Room are worth what you pay. The staff are worth much more. Would definitely stay again.

This place is honestly a hidden gem. For less than $100/night, I got a hotel on the beach that was a full suite. Kitchen, living room, bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Pool area is nice. Will absolutely be back!

The front desk was extremely helpful. Miguel explained everything and you could actually tell he cared about your stay. From the very beginning, he wanted you to be comfortable. The pool is gorgeous, and the room has everything you need. It has a small living room area and kitchen that seemed to be recently updated. The bedroom was nice, nothing crazy and the patio had a great view of the pool. I don't think you can beat the room for the price. The location was the best part, it's close to a few beach bars and directly across the street from the beach itself. I'd stay again. If you're looking for casual and not extremely fancy, but stay at a place small enough that the staff treat you like a guest in their home, I'd definitely recommend it.
The only downfall was that there isn't a hotel bar, but there are plenty close.
