Fantastic hotel, beautiful roof top room with an amazing view.
The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, all spoke perfect English.
The waiter in the bar was extremely professional and the breakfast was good.
All in all would recommend this hotel, not only for its location right on the Bridge of Sighs but for its staff and accommodation.

We stayed for 4 nights and couldn't be happier. Excellent service, decent choices for Continental breakfast including scrambled eggs, the cappuccino was great. We had a jr. suite on the fourth floor which faces a beautiful canal. You could see and hear the gondoliers all day and night. Elevator was small but in very good working order. Perfect location. Excellent choice, we have stayed her multiple times.

Great location only two minutes walk from Piazza S.Marco, in sight of the Ponte dei Sospiri and a short walk from the Rialto. Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean and the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The management even upgraded us to a suite, to our delight! Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone!

Sisters travelling to Venice for the first time; we stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in October. The staff were lovely & friendly and so helpful. The rooms were very comfortable; two of us drew a shorter straw with a rather small shower room but it was so clean and had everything we needed .... the other two had a lovely large bathroom so we nipped down for a bath. Breakfast was very good with quite a wide range of choice - I would stay away from the scrambled egg though (possibly powdered eggs used???).
I will definitely book this hotel again when I next visit !! Thank you guys for a lovely stay....

Lovely hotel in excellent location, we were upgraded to a suite which was beautiful.
Very friendly staff.
Enjoyed our stay here, would choose again.
Need to get explicit directions to walk to hotel if tide too high to allow water taxi to stop at hotel.
