This is a very tired hotel by Marriott standards. Staff was friendly, but seemed uninspired. No one person wowed me. Although I left the room at 10:30 am and removed the do not disturb sig, I did not receive housekeeping service after my first night.
Bathroom door had a large smudge. Guest room door was missing the rubber “bumpers” so the door rattled in the frame. There are cobwebs over the fireplace in the lobby.
Sauna was out of order. There are some improvements underway, but seem well past due.

Best hotel view of Pikes Peak and always plenty of deer as you drive into the driveway of the hotel. We used the indoor pool and hot tub it was all in working order minus the Sauna which was out of order. Of course during the winter the outdoor pool isn’t available, but when it is it’s beautiful. There is a hiking trail right outside of the hotel gates. Restaurant on the property is good and for the mornings on the go they have a Starbucks within. Plenty of seating in the large lobby. Very modern and cozy finishes. My family enjoyed our stay on the 8th floor.

Natasha D. made our check in very easy. I think she is a asset to Marriott. What a great hotel, she made our stay so comfortable. such a sweet lady. There were deer at the hotel to greet us every morning.

My husband and I stayed here for five nights and I can’t not say enough about how amazing the service was. Misty in the restaurant was so helpful and friendly for breakfasts. Mackenzie the manager went above and beyond for us and I was so impressed. The room was clean, the view was amazing and the restaurant food was delicious. We will definitely stay again!
