Great place to stay! Very clean. The owners are super friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this place to stay to anyone. The prices are great and the rooms are wonderful. There are stores very nearby and restaurants nearby as well.

I stopped here on my way through L.A. to avoid Friday rush-hour traffic. The motel is conveniently located, easy to find off the freeway. The staff was helpful. The room was quiet once the traffic died down about 10 p.m. The room itself was plain (ok with me) and very clean. There is a good Indian restaurant, and other restaurants, nearby

Colton Inn met all my requirements, providing a good stopover point on the drive from Las Vegas to LA. My hubby and I landed late morning at McCarran airport. We picked up a car from the airport car rental centre and drove straight out towards LA (start of a 4 week round road trip via the West Coast, Salt Lake City, Denver, Albuquerque finishing back in Vegas).
Colton Inn is located about 50 miles to the east of LA and provided clean motel style budget accommodation. We had dirty laundry from the previous week in Vancouver and the friendly lady at front desk pointed us to Highland Center Launderette (about 10min drive, $3.5 self service wash and dry for one load). We also grabbed some cheap fast food at In n Out Burger chain nearby. There were plenty of places in the area for casual food and groceries.
We parked our car right in front of our room. Room provided everything I needed from a budget motel - clean, comfy king size bed, large tv, strong WiFi/hot water/plumbing/air con. In room fridge and microwave though I didn't make use of these.
Overall I would recommend as a cheap and clean sleep outside town if you have a car.

No breakfast, but my room was clean and the whole place seemed very well cared for. The towels were thick, the bed comfortable. There weren't bedside tables but that didn't matter to me since I usually bring a tiny clip light since I sometimes want something less glaring than the usual huge bedside lights. I was tickled that they had outlets on either side of the bed above the bedside table. No digging behind the bedside table or pulling out the bed to find an outlet for my phone charger so I can keep it within reach. Furthermore, those outlets have a USB connection so you can attach your device for projecting onto the TV screen. There were bedside directions about how to do it. I was SO impressed. I also had a fridge and microwave AND the shower head was a new fancy one.

Love this little hotel. I go out of my way to stay here! Price is great. On site Management is always nice, diligent, and truly invested in customer satisfaction. Quick check in. Secure, well lit parking. Big flat screen TV, Foxsports1, HBO, OnDemand. Fridge, microwave, free wifi.
