The remodel on this hotel is gorgeous. The room is stunning. But it stops there! No one welcomed me as a Platinum member. I was not give access to the concierge floor. I did order room service and the menu is horrible and so are the plastic containers that arrive in a paper bag. After working and traveling I was looking forward to a movie and room service. Road warrior's/business people like to feel special ....well I don't. The decisions Marriott is making is pushing me to Hilton.

Let me start by saying this hotel has been completely renovated and it looks great overall. Especially the rooms. The lobby, not so much but I’m not staying in the lobby. I do use the concierge room or floor which they have changed to the M Club which most Marriotts are doing. MOST Marriotts do the M Club VERY well. They offer server(s), food, (and I mean, good food) till the M Club closes at night which is fairly late. In most other Marriotts, Once the food is taken down, they offer sweet stuff along with wines and some cocktails served by the glass. Unfortunately THIS Marriott close to Dublin Ohio does NOT always have servers if at all, in their M Club and did not at the time I was there. Plus they removed the food and sweets by 8:30pm. They had a wine dispenser that allowed me to pay for crap wine by the ounce, and it was expensive. So here’s my thing, I use the concierge or M Clubs because I don’t always want to go to the bar or restaurant in the hotel. Plus I like the more quite relaxed setting in the M Clubs. This hotel M Club does not provide a feeling of specialty or a feeling of being relaxed. It’s quiet because no one is serving and no one is there to help. The only thing I could hear were the dishwashers. Bad Call Marriott. I won’t stay at this Marriott again, unless they bring back the servers in the M Club and make it special. Business Travelers like special.
I do want to thank Amanda at the bar at this hotel, which I had to go to for a glass of wine. She was helpful and a great server!

Sincere KUDOS to Sam (Samantha?) and her team at Columbus Marriott NW. We were traveling from GA to Columbus for the OSU vs Penn State game, and to meet with family local to Hillard & St.Marys, OH. Was trying to secure an early 12 noonish check in for my mother & father-in-law as they were driving in from St. Marys, OH to watch the game at the hotel & to stay the night. I arranged accommodations as we were staying at a friend's home near OSU, but my wife & brother-in-law's family were all meeting at the hotel to watch the game together. After speaking with several people ahead of time, It wasn't until I spoke with Sam the morning of in which we really felt comfortable having them come early. It was shared with me by my in-laws that Sam did an excellent job, was able to check them in early, provide area for the family to sit together and watch the game as well as make sure they had everything they needed. The room was awesome along with the quality of sleep. Thanks Sam for making my in-laws (as they put it) feel like royalty! Much appreciated from a long time Marriott Member!

The service at this hotel is great , safe location and always great people. Claire at the bar is so much fun and a pleasure to see on my many trips to this hotel. I've been here over 30 nights this week and will keep coming back ( actually in two weeks ).
Only small issue this time was after using the no room service sign the first night it got recorded for all nights. So third night no service was a problem But they took care of it and gave us a couple drink coupons to ease the wait. Thanks NW , will see you soon

The renovation process is finally done, making the hotel seem like new. The lobby, lounge, and the rooms have all been transformed into modern spaces. The rooms are quiet and relaxing. There is a small Starbucks in the lobby. I don't normally watch TV, but I was surprised that the channel selection was limited to not including the MLB playoffs. There is easy access to the freeway and nearby restaurants.
