we are a thre persons family and we travel to Saint Petersburg for turism. We had a very comfortable staying at Comfort Hotel. Hotel is very centrally located, very near to Ermitage, Nevskji Prospect and Saint Isac Cathedral. A metro station is at less then five minutes walking. Room was large and very confortable for three adults, silent and warm. Bathroom was large, comfortable and offered featureats that normally you find at four stars Hotel. Personnel was very kind and effective in responding to questions. Breakfast was various, complete. I suggest Comfort Hotel to all who want to have a nice journey in saint Petersburg. Last but not least two good restaurants are nearby the hotel.

The location of this hotel is excellent. From the hotel to the various attractions are very convenient (less than10 minutes by walk). And all the staff are kind to give us a lot of help.
We really had a pleasant stay in Comfor Hotel.

My mother and I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel.
The hotel is ideally located (less than 10 minutes walks to the Ermitage and to the riverside of the Neva).
The room was clean and comfortable.
The staff (including the ladies who are in charge of the breakfast) was very pleasant and helpful.
I would recommend to use the cab service proposed by the hotel.
Very great value !
If I had to come back to St Petersburg I would come back in this hotel.

The Comfort Hotel is a wonderful value! I couldn't believe all you get for the price! I had a suite that was very tastefully decorated. I would even go so far as to say elegant! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Plus, they all spoke English fluently. The location is the best in the city. Literally everything is within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast is very tasty, with plenty to choose from. And there are gourmet restaurants just downstairs. The hotel helped me with my visa requirements and made it so easy! I also used their airport limo service. It was very affordable and absolutely punctual. I really have not a single bad comment about this place. they really deserve the 5 stars I give them here!!!!

Very handy location. Everything you needed was walking distance. We would go back to the hotel just to use the toilet because it was so close to wherever we were sight seeing. Our aircon didn't work the first night do they brought us in a fan within minutes of asking and had the aircon fixed by the next day. Despite the language barrier all of the staff tried to help us with any of our questions.
