This hotel - in which we spent two nights - was a pleasant surprise for us. It is located close to Geneva and also very close to the La Saleve cable car to the top of the mountain, where you can hike and enjoy panoramic views of Geneva and surrounding Alps. It is a good alternative to booking a hotel in the overpriced Geneva proper.
The hotel consists of several one story buildings of 4 rooms each, in a garden-like setting. We found the concept pleasant.
The rooms are clean and nice, the water pressure in the shower is great, the water is hot, the air conditioning is quiet. There is plenty of parking, there is free wi-fi and the price of the breakfast is decent, so overall it is a very good value for the money.
The only thing I would recommend is to enforce the non-smoking rule upon check in, with every visitor. I noticed a neighbouring guest smoking half inside the room, which suggests perhaps an occasional occurence: we noticed a faint odour of smoke in the room upon arrival, which the staff treated with a deodorizing spray and it helped.
We recommend this hotel to those wanting easy access to Geneva and surroundings.

while the hotel is nothing to wriye home about looks wise, the rooms are very comfortable. and the air conditioning works. The receptionist on my arrival spoke English. The air conditioning works independantly of the room keycard and had been turned on awaiting my arrival which was very welcome. For food, I'd recommend the restauarnt in the compound, Les Papilles

When I was reserving, Geneva hotels were either unavailable or very expensive. After a significant search for a nice value oriented hotel, I settled on the Comfort Hotel Annemasse Geneve. The room was small but adequate and nicely decorated. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a shower stall. A water heating pot was provided with tea and instant coffee. Parking was free and plentiful. The area was also enclosed with a gated fence which was locked during the night. We did not have breakfast at the hotel due to an early flight, but we had a good dinner at the adjacent restaurant. It is not far to visit Geneva from the hotel, but a car or public transportation is required. We also drove back through Geneva to return to the airport. While not being very convenient to the airport, it certainly worked for us and I would return.

I had a nice suprise with this, it looks nothing from the outside so did not expect anythng, so was very suprised when we got into the room, very nice and clean and good bed, The shower was very good with proper shower screens not the usual curtain, all in all would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We spent one night at the hotel to get to the airport early in the morning in Geneva.
The receptionist was welcoming and helped us with everything. She also recommended us a good restaurant adjacent to the hotel.
It is close to the perimeter of the mall / big stores and they can wander for hours. The hotel location excellent for those who plan to fly early from the airport of Geneva and the price is very cheap accommodation to hotels at a similar level in relation to the Swiss side.
Rooms are very comfortable for a short stay. Clean and welcoming.
Very comfortable bed and the shower room / toilet is very convenient.
