Free parking is a bonus especially if you can park managed to suez in between to large vans in the last parking Space, check in and out was swift and easy. Rooms are basic and getting dated in need of refit but for me for the price it was comfortable sleep was comfy, breakfast is served from 7am which I didn’t take for as was out for work earlier than this, room was neat and clean- on business stay would use again but not for personal leisure n

Ok hotels in the London area are pretty much it and miss ,
But for a hotel on the north circular just off the M1 this for a franchise Ramada isn’t bad.
The bar and restaurant are pretty good and the staff are polite and friendly which you would expect from any hotel.
The rooms are ok bath,shower,decent tv ect ect
A bit dated but clean and comfortable.
The breakfast is included in the room price and is pretty good everything from full English to a continental so not bad at London prices.
It’s only downfall is the parking if by luck you can park in front off the hotel good but if you have to park on the lower car park be aware that this is not a nice area so be sure to leave all valuables out of site , the manager also expressed that it’s not very secure and in recent break ins into vehicles the police won’t even turn up to investigate just give you s crime number for insurance purposes.
But all I all good hotel value for me money just outside the big smoke!

Stayed here with friends and had a few rooms.
2 of the rooms were like the other ramadas Ive stayed in: sleek, stylish and contemporary.
The other two were dated with wallpaper and similar bedding.
Looks like they are slowly refurbing the rooms, which is much needed.
One room had a bit of mould in the bathroom in the older decorated rooms.
Staff were a bit mixed as well.
Other than that, functional, good breakfast and a short walk to a tube station for central london.
Nice hotel to stay in.

Myself and a colleague stayed here whilst working nearby. I have stayed in many Ramada hotels and have always been nice.
This hotel is very tired and a strong musty smell which has clung to all my clothes
After working all day with an early start the next we tried to get some sleep to then be greeted with booming music until 1am, when I called down we were told that the bar is owned by someone else so they have no control even though our bedroom was directly above it!
When checking out in the morning not even an apology!
Needless to say myself or our company will not be staying here again!

We arrived to find that plenty of parking space was available. Check in was easy and the staff pleasant and helpful. The room was tidy and clean, Tea and coffee facilities were available, as was a hairdryer, and shower gel etc in the bathroom. The shower worked well and was easily and safely adjusted. After settling in we headed to the bar/ dining area 'Flames'. We were served quickly, and although we did not really want to eatafter reading the menu, ( heavy Greek theme), we chose a meze sharing platter. This was served quickly and pleasantly. It was tasty and filling.
The rooms were quiet, and the bed and pillows comfy; we were on the ground floor overlooking a big car park to the rear, but never heard a thing. The standard of the breakfast was all it should be, freshly prepared, hot, and more than adequate.
The hotel was good value and we would definitely stay there again.
Reception sourced a taxi for us, which arrived within quarter of an hour.
